Project #3: Exotism

Immersed in the allure of extravagance and the exotic, violinist Gottfried von der Goltz will take EUBO on a mesmerizing journey of music by Vivaldi, Purcell and Rameau through Il Grosso Mogul violin concerto and orchestral suites from Les Indes Galantes and The Indian Queen.

For the second half of the concert, EUBO will be joined by the Coro del Friuli Venezia Giulia and their leader Alberto Busettini for a Miserere by Zelenka followed by Handel’s cheerful coronation anthem Let thy hand be strengthened.

This residency takes place in the scenic hills of Malborghetto in North Italy in collaboration with the Risonanze Festival.
