Exotism – 14 June 2024 in Gorizia

Drawn by an interest for extravagance and the exotic, violinist Gottfried von der Goltz leads EUBO in a programme of music by Vivaldi, Purcell and Rameau through Il Grosso Mogul violin concerto and orchestral suites from Les Indes Galantes and The Indian Queen.

For the second half of the concert, EUBO will be joined by the Coro del Friuli Venezia Giulia and their leader Alberto Busettini for a Miserere by Zelenka followed by Handel’s cheerful coronation anthem Let thy hand be strengthened.

This  concert is part of the Risonanze Festival.
